In the oarri.shop I sell handmade products. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, delivery costs and conditions.

Ordering

Products are ordered online by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the cart contents at the online checkout.

Payments and payment methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods available in the shopping cart – by bank transfer or PayPal.

Order confirmation and payment

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation for any reason, please also check your junk mail folder.

Delivery method and fees

Delivery costs for products that are sent by post will be displayed in the shopping cart before payment is made.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times when shipping to Finland are 3 – 7 days, depending on the order and delivery method.
When shipping to other countries, the delivery time may be longer depending on the country of delivery.

Information about any variations in delivery time will be published on the front page of the online shop.

The owner of the online shop, Oarri, is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by late delivery.

Terms of exchange and return of goods

In the case of physical products, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of your order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The costs of exchange and return shall be borne by the customer. Only the price of the product will be refunded. When returning a physically delivered product, please provide your name, contact details and account number for a refund.

Problem situations

Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged in transit, or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days, by email to oarri.shop@gmail.com and we will agree on how to rectify the fault. In consumer transactions, we will comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding liability for defects.
